[Submergence - Elixir]

Good

Maybe the marimba used has a little too "edgy" sound, but overall this was a pleasant song to listen to and the arrangement was brill :)

Blows your track out of the water

Basically i think this is a brilliant track, although after listening to the original im sorry to inform you that it is by far inferior to this one. This one is vibrant, progressing and fun to listen to. Great job to both of you, though Helth mostly deserves credit for this and im sure you agree :)

Yeah, i definitley agree. The original is pretty old and i was a noob. Well, actually i'm still a noob, but back then i was a bigger noob :p
I'm just glad that Helth decided to remix my old song :-)

Brilliant!

The song iself isnt' the best, but the lyrics are absoultely perfect :D

The *drums* ruin it for me :(

The noice waves that you use as your drums really ruin this for me, if you just added a bassline instead of them - and maybe some drums the track would probhably have hit potential!

I was trying to make it sound like it was made in a 80s NES game. That's why i didn't add any modern isntruments. Play some old NES games and you will hear that it has drums like this ;)

Good job!

A nice track, but it tends to get a little booring over time. I think you need a stronger "hook" if you know what i mean - that is what makes one addicted to a track! Also you could raise the volume of the drums, and maybe slow them a little down (i mean, fast drums aren't very common in jazz..)

i can see your point about it getting boring over time, i think i should have changed it up more in the ending, but i dont agree with your take on the drums, as fast drums work fine, that and i dont like to be "common"

Good

The vocals are decent, and the song is also pretty good ;) But its a little too "pink" for me, and the climax is a little too long. You should definately stick to another style if you aksed me ;)

Well..

Lets start out with saying that the quality of your loop isnt the best. Furthermore i don't like hitler myself, your vocal acting is ok but i wouldnt say good. Not much more to say about this, so i guess im done..

Overall=Very nice ;)

Overall the song is very nice, but i don't one of the synths i think it starts at 0:38. Btw: the appregiated synths you use in the end sound good. But im generous today so gave it a 5/5 ;)

I think the synth you don't like is the Moog that plays the lead. It sounds a bit different compared to the other parts it plays when it does the intro to the song, that might explain why you don't like it there. I'll keep it in mind though and tweak it a bit more.
